 User guide
Enter the Download section and click on the download button in the section ARBSEEK DEMO. The Download file window will open.
Then click on Run. Be aware that different configurations of your browser could eventually require further download or execution alerts.
Once you begin the installation process, click on Install and follow all the necessary steps. In just a few seconds ARBseek will be installed on your computer.
Open ARBseek. If you haven't subscribed yet, you can access the interface in
demo mode (predefined by the system). It is completely free but limited to sure bets with less than 0,50% profit opportunities.
If you already have a subscription, enter the username and the password you have chosen during
registration. Then click on the arrow or press "enter".
After accessing the application, enter the main area of Arbseek, i.e. the Desktop.
The Desktop is divided into three main areas:
Desktop, Sure bets, Organizer, Configuration, Help are the
five main surfing menu items that you will find on the horizontal bar on the
top. They are always available. In order for you to view the items,
just click on the desired item with your mouse.
The areas corresponding to the five main surfing menu items are accessible even from the
vertical menu that you will find on the left side of the desktop.
The items contained in this menu, even if in different terms, give access to the same areas
contained in the horizontal menu. Their aim is to making surfing easier and immediate.
Under every item, direct links will lead you to the subsections of that area.
On the right side of the desktop, you will find useful utility information
(your subscription status, possible promotions, news) as well as news from
the world of bookmakers.
By clicking on Sure bets, you enter the heart of ARBseek.
From this very moment you’ll have access to all of the useful information on sure bets and to the details with a summary and an interactive area, which allows you to carry out all your transactions in order to make your profit. It is possible to customise bets, add filters and change options by clicking on Customise view. Sure bets are organized in a grid. Each line corresponds to an event/sure bet and each cell gives its characteristics:
Corresponds to the serial number of the opportunity.
Contains the date and time when the event is going to take place. The events are registered
in GMT 0 (Greenwich Mean Time) and adjusted according to the settings selected
in the Configuration section. Default is set to GMT 0.
This is the percentage profit you can get from the arbitrage opportunity.
This is the sport, arbitrage refers to (soccer, tennis, etc.).
This is the area where the event is taking place (Soccer: Major League, UEFA cup).
This is the quote related to result 1, quoted by the selected bookmaker.
This is the quote related to result X (draw), quoted by the selected bookmaker, if available.
This is the quote related to result 2, quoted by the selected bookmaker.
ARBseek highlights the lines containing sure bets according to the profit percentage by using the following colours:
Clicking on one of the Sure bet lines on the grid, the details concerning the selected sure bet will appear on the lower part of the screen.
The details are divided into two different areas:
Gives you the information on the selected betting event.
Shows all the necessary information one should need during arbitrage. There are some interactive parts that will allow you to modify certain system defaults.
This is the input box where you enter the total amount you want to invest. It's always possible to
change the invested amount, even if there is a pre-set amount of 100 Euros. This figure can
be modified and set to different values (see section Change options in Configuration).
From the dropdown menu, you can select different modes of arbitrage calculations.
This calculates the amounts in order to make the profit percentage more homogeneous.
In this mode, the amount of money, obtained by repartitioning the arbitrage calculation, is given in its full-value, that is without decimals.
In this mode, the calculation takes place considering one of the events,
making the profit percentage of the remaining events close to 0. It is actually
the way to increase the profit coming from that event on which we throw off the balance,
and to cancel the profit percentage coming from the other events. It is anyhow impossible to lose.
This mode is used only for three-result bets. The profit percentage of the event with the
lower odds (which is generally the most probable) is brought to 0 and the profit percentage of
the other two results is proportionally increased. In this way the profit percentages coming
from the latter events notably increase. Even in this mode, it is impossible to lose.
Shows the amount of money you want to bet for each sure bet.
Shows the possible results you want to bet on.
Shows the names of the bookmakers that quote the various events.
Shows the odds that the bookmakers give to the event.
Total amount of money (stake and profit) that you win.
Profit in percentage points that you can get.
Represents date and time when ARBseek data has been updated according to GMT settings.
Once you choose the amount of money you want to invest as well as the betting mode (standard, rounded off, unbalanced, speculative), click on the button Place Bet, at the bottom on the right side of the screen.
ARBseek will close and two new windows will open: that of the bookmaker that quotes the first event and a vertical surfing window called Sure bet, that contains the necessary elements to bring the arbitrage to an end.
In the upper part of the window Sure bet there is a summary of the Information on the bet event:
The area of Bet 1 is selected by default at the opening of the surfing window on the right and the selection is marked by a green background.
Each area of Bet contains the following data:
The area of Bet X is used only if the event foresees a tie possibility. You can select the areas by simply clicking with your mouse.
 SuggestionRemember you should always start by the bet with the lower odd, that is the bet that the bookmakers consider the most probable. In case of malfunctioning (electrical failure, loss of internet connection, sudden change of odds from the part of the bookmakers…) that does not allow you to bring the arbitrage to an end, don’t worry because anyway you placed the bet with the most successful probabilities.
To store the data concerning the placed bet, click on Completa. An overview of the bet will appear inside a pop up.Check and eventually correct the data so that they correspond to the transaction you have just carried out. Then, click on OK.
Thanks to this mode, you can keep the history of all your transactions and you will have statistics at your disposal.
In the areas of Bets there are two main items: Sure bets and Played bets.
At the very beginning only the column of Sure Bets is filled in. Once you press ok on the Complete pop up, also the column of Played Bets will begin to be filled in with the confirmed values.
At the end of the page, the button Save completes your arbitrage transaction, saves the data in the section history and brings you back to ARBseek.
With this button, you are able to cancel eventual registrations in the section history and go back to ARBseek.
By clicking on Customise view, from the desktop or the menu on the left in the section Sure bets, you will have access to a particular section where you can change the view of the grid representing sure bets.
These are customizable configurations that will help you carry out your transactions in the way you think is the easiest and the most usable. All changes will be displayed in the grey area on the right in the section Sure bets.
Filters help you eliminate or view the events in the grid Sure Bets according to different criteria:
You can apply filters to sport events.
in the column Type of Event, no filter is applied, so all kinds of events are visible.
in this case two boxes will open: that on the left tells you the available types of events (basketball, tennis, football …),
the other one contains the selected events, i.e. only those you want to see on the grid.
To move an item from a box to the other, either double click on the type of event you'll find on the left, or select it and then click on the arrow down on the left. The same thing if you want to do the inverse procedure, i.e. to change the types of selected events. If you want to move the available events or unselect all selected events, you can use the buttons All and None, that you find under each of the boxes, then click on the arrow at the bottom.
You can apply filters in order to select bets according to the results observed in the various sports.
Both bets are visible, those that include tie possibilities (result X) and those that do not.
You'll be given information only on sport events that have tie possibilities. In this case, for each arb, you should place only two bets.

You can apply filters also to the bookmakers that are in our list.
In this case, you cannot apply any filter. You will use odds coming from the bookmakers ARBseek puts at your disposal.
Only sure bets related to the bookmakers, for which you have activated the Automatic login function, will be shown in the grid
You enable ARBseek to only filter the odds of the bookmakers you chose.
It works like the filter Type of event. A 2-box window will open: the box on your left tells you about the available bookmakers (those ARBseek puts at your disposal), the other one contains the selected bookmakers, i.e. those you want to enable, the only ones your will receive information from. To move an item from a box to the other, either double click on the name of the bookmaker, you'll find on the left, or select it and then click on the arrow down on the left. The same thing if you want to do the inverse procedure, i.e. to change the selected bookmakers. If you want to move all the available bookmakers or unselect all selected bookmakers, you can use the buttons All and None, that you find under each of the boxes, then click on the arrow at the bottom.
Selecting the corresponding check box, a particular area will appear, where you can enter a percentage
value that will automatically eliminate all the sure bets having a profit percentage that is
less or equal to the one you chose.

Once you choose the date and the time you prefer, all the arbs from that date onwards will be shown.

You can organize sure bets in an ascending and descending order, according to 5 possible criteria,
till a maximum of two criteria at the same time (except for ID ordering).
It's the identification number of the bet.
It's the profit percentage one can make by betting on an event.
It's the sport the event refers to(football, tennis, basketball).
It's the area where the event takes place (world cup, champions league, tennis cups).
Differently from the options you find in the section Configurations, which are
much more general and correspond to the whole interface, these are more particular and typical
for the section Arbitrage.
By selecting one of the items from the dropdown menu, you can establish the updating frequency of the betting list.
You can choose between automatic updating, with frequency rates that go from each single minute to every 60 minutes,
and manual updating, that you can do whenever you want, by simply clicking on Update data
in the section Sure bets (under the information grid).
The check box is originally selected in such a way that, in the section Sure bets, the lines with
the necessary information are marked with different colours according to the profit percentage. The system uses the following colours:
It's a small bookkeeping system concerning all arbitrage activities. All data corresponding to the transactions are memorized:
From the dropdown menu, you can apply some filters:
In this way you can see all the lines of the history.
With this filter, you can view only the lines containing open bets, that is those bets placed on a sport event which has not taken place yet, i.e. on a future event.
With this filter you can view only bets that have already been placed but do not have a result yet;
With this filter you can view placed bets, that already have a result.
In this section, an ensemble of quantitative and economic data gives you a precise idea of your arbitrage activities.
It's your total investment.
It's the amount of money invested on bets that do not have a result yet.
It's the amount of money invested on closed bets.
(calculated both in currency and percentage points). It's the amount of money gained from winning events/bets.
(calculated both in currency and percentage points). It's your profit.
(calculated both in currency and percentage points). It's your profit divided by the number of closed bets.
(calculated both in currency and percentage points). It’s your minimum earning;
(calculated both in currency and percentage points). It's your maximum earning;
It's the number of the transactions: open, to be closed and closed.
It represents the number of all the bets whose events still has to take place.
It represents the number of the placed bets that still have to be memorized in the reminder;
It represents all the transactions, done and memorized in the reminder;
The section Configuration allows you to configure ARBseek, making general changes.
The vertical menu on the left gives you access to subsections where you can:
This function allows ARBseek to computerize the operations that give you the access to the bookmakers' site.
From the list of bookmakers, double clicking on one of the names, you'll have access to Details of configuration. On the page of details you will find:
the name of the bookmaker, for example 10BET
Select the check box next to the item Enable automatic login. Two other areas will appear:
Enter the username and the password of your betting account at the bookmaker and save. The system will bring you back to the page with the list of bookmakers. Clicking on Check access parameters once you enter username and password, you can check its correctness. To facilitate registration at the bookmaker, you can use a link that will directly bring you to the bookmakers' page. As far as you complete the operation, the word "yes" will appear next to the name of the bookmaker, in the column Enabled. This tells you that you have synchronized ARBseek with that bookmaker! Repeat this operation for each bookmaker from the list. The more the bookmakers you synchronize, the faster you will be in placing your sure bets. Furthermore, once you enter all the usernames and passwords of your open betting accounts at the bookmakers, you won't have to remember them each time.
Use the buttons Save and Cancel, down on your right, to save or cancel settings, going back in this way to the previous page.
From here you will be able to change some general parameters of the section Sure bets according to your needs.
(in the English version, it is set on the GMT time zone).
It can be modified according to GMT standards, i.e. Greenwich Mean Time, and it will affect date and time of the events. All events are registered in ARBseek’s database with an established date and deadline. Date and time are memorized according to GMT 0 standards. If you change the time zone, the deadline of the event will be adjusted according to the selected time zone;
by activating this option, all the events will be normalized according to the selected time zone;
Date and time of the events will be adjusted according to the selected time zone. Furthermore, the indication of GMT differentiation will be shown;
Date and time of the event will be calculated according to Greenwich time.
You can select your preferred currency choosing among euro, dollar, pound.
It allows you to choose between odds calculated in decimals, according to the European model,
in fractions, according to the English model or with the signs + or -, according the American model.
This allows you to establish the amount of money that the system will initially use for the calculation of arbs.
Anyhow, it is always possible to change this amount, by entering the section Sure bets.
This allows you to set the betting mode you prefer: standard, rounded off, speculative (see section Betting mode);
Unselecting the check box, you will block the automatic login to the bookmakers' sites;
This is the option that allows ARBseek to open the browser on the bookmaker's site and to surf in the automatic mode up till the bet.
It allows you to open the page of the bookmaker corresponding to Bet 1. Unselecting this option, once the
bet is placed , the system will show you a vertical surfing window called "Sure bet" on the right
side of the screen, without selecting any playing areas. To have access to the bookmaker's page,
you just have to click on one of the playing areas appearing in the bar.
Thanks to this option, you can change your e-mail:
enter your new e-mail address, then write it again to confirm it, enter your password and save.
From the vertical menu on your right, click on change password. Enter the section Change password in
your Personal Account on arbseek.com. Enter both your old and new password in the right spaces,
rewrite the new password to confirm it; enter the secrete question you chose during registration
as well as your answer. Then press on save.
From the vertical menu on your right, click on Change preferences. Enter your Personal Account
on arbseek.com. From this very moment you can choose the format in which you want to receive our newsletters
(either html or normal text). You can also decide to stop the newsletter service
by unselecting the item "Register to our newsletter".
From the vertical menu on the right, clicking on Manage account, our interface will lead you to your personal account on arbseek.com.
Here you can consult the summary of the subscription orders, change your e-mail, password and preferences.
